Dr Kenneth Egru is the most incompetent Dr I have come across. Zero bedside manner, disregards everything you say and a completely wrong diagnosis. He did not know how to match symptoms correctly so if you want a correct diagnosis and to not end up in ED because of his incompetence then stay clear.

I have waited for more than 3 hours to see Dr Barry Turner and it wasn’t many people in front of me. Ridiculous. End up i have to change another doctor. Then Okeke’s computer was f£c’k@d after i have wasted another half hour waited for him. Then, the receptionist put me back to see Barry. Wow… Unbelievable… Waiting and waiting to be called….it is approaching 4 hours waiting time now. End up i left the centre without seeing a doc. More than 4 hours. Please be real guys. What could be the worst experience than this. Wasted my weekend and haven’t eat lunch. I feel more stress after visiting this medical centre. This is not OK. Not sure if the management even see these reviews and do something about it. Horrible experience. A cheap quality medical centre. If i could give 0 star i will choose that one.

Went in at 7:45pm, there were 4 people including a couple and I was told it's booked to capacity, even though they close at 10pm. All I needed was a quick referral and this happened 2 times in one week. Hmm....maybe they just wanted an early night. It's worth just paying to see a doctor I think, at least you get some of it back and don't have to wait ridiculous times.

I had the bad luck to step on a rusted nail and i was sent by 13HELP to the nearest GP or emergency hospital asap. Our Medical was the closest to me that was opened (44 min drive). On a Sunday afternoon you would expect to have to wait to be seen by a doctor for a very long time. That was not the case. From the helpful and kind receptionist to the wonderful nurse and the doctor who have been nothing but helpful, showed care, did their job quick and made sure I am alright.I was in and out in 30 min, where 20 minutes were in the treatment room, being taken care of.Thank you so much for you care!

This is the WORST medical centre on the entire Southside. Don't go here unless you have a MINIMUM of 3 hours to wait to see the first available. Don't even bother trying to see someone regularly for ongoing health care - they only want the quick bucks loading the waiting room with too many patients. You would have less time to wait going to the hospital ER. Such a horrible experience being put into a panic attack every time because it's run so badly. I'll never come back. There's only one decent Dr there and she's only available one day a week and all the patients ask to see her - not hard to figure out why cause no other drs at this practice care at all except for making $$$ for their conglomerate owners.

Have been coming here the last 4 or so years, I genuinely think the doctors are of high quality and the reception staff are always helpful. Dr Kenneth Egwu is the first doctor I’ve truly felt comfortable with and he has helped me with a lot, but I often dread seeing him knowing how long the wait will be. (Not his fault). However, the wait times are becoming unmanageable, it doesn’t make sense to me why they haven’t moved to an appointment based system, I feel it would make life so much easier for all involved. Last three times I’ve waited 2-3 hours for an appointment. I would love to keep coming this this practice, I hope that things will change. I’d be happy to pay $$

Never visiting again!! Had to wait 4 hours to see the doctor. I should have known that this was the normal wait time here, as the staff didn't give any such intimation. When I asked the receptionist about it, she told me to go to the hospital instead and wait all night there!". She also said "put it on google" referring to our experience tonight. I couldn't believe I was at a medical practice in Australia!! I've had such great experiences in the past."

It was 3pm on a Sunday afternoon, my 2 year old needed to see a doctor pretty urgently. I tried several other places and had no luck. We walked in here and waited under 5 minutes to see a doctor. The doctor had a good bedside manner and was very efficient. I know the waiting times here can blow out but honestly for the convenience of being able to walk in you would expect to have to wait. I couldn’t fault my experience from the great reception staff to the competent doctors.

I seen a really lovely DR this morning, Dr Maher Aljarmakani. He was very polite and listened to my concerns, he didn’t rush the consult and most importantly I felt he cared. This clinic is lovely and clean. It’s bill billed which is great. Due to the nature of bulk billing, it is a sit and wait until your name is called. So you could be waiting a while, which honestly if you’re being bulk billed that’s fine.The receptionist that was on the 7am start she was also really lovely.Please be patient at this clinic. Staff don’t get paid enough to deal with your abuse because you’re inpatient. If you don’t like the waiting period to see a DR, Go to Another clinic which you will be charged $85 onwards.Overall I highly recommend this clinic! Thank you to all staff. You’re doing an amazing job!

Customer satisfaction really depends on the person on the front desk and the doctor or professional we see. Waiting times anywhere are chronic for walk-ins, and lack of continuity of care of course. Today the staff were good, and the doctor actually listened. Hoping for the same next time; fingers crossed.
