We finally started building with Scott and Judy around 9-weeks ago and everything up to this point has been absolutely fantastic. From the initial planning and contract stage, their team have remained professional, honest and extremely hardworking, even through our little pandemic!Leanne has been fantastic to work with and nothing has been too much trouble throughout the design with our mountain of additions .We are really happy at how organised they are and how quickly the build is coming together. Kane, our site manager runs a tight ship with his local contractors and keeps us updated on a very regular basis.They all work as a great team together and at this stage I can't rate them high enough. Highly recommended

Consulted Peter Walker, a consultant designer in the Mornington office and he developed my ideas into a custom design with unique features to satisfy requirements for an energy efficient home that accommodates family holiday needs across generations. His ideas and plans and collaborative approach to the task made the process most enjoyable and now, thanks to Judy and Leanne, the full working drawings are near completion. I have avoided this rebuild for 10 years but just needed to find a team" to inspire and be supportive and found it at GJ Gardner-Mornington."

Judy and Scott are the BEST - they are so knowledgeable and passionate about building quality homes at an affordable price. Being able to build pretty much any house on any type of land, they sit with the client and do a thorough analysis of what they want/need in a home. They also check the land to make sure that the house can be built there! All plans, permits, construction - all taken care for you!!!

Eleonore from G.J. Gardner homes has made the process of pre build simple. We have had no experience buying land and building a home and Eleonore has helped us before we had even signed with GJ Gardner!! we have started this process in complete reverse and she genuinely cares and understands our needs and wants. I have called her 4 days in a row with questions and because of her wealth of knowledge she has assisted and made me feel at ease every day! We would have been lost without her. G.J Gardner homes are magnificent and we would highly recommend them.
