This is the 5th time I have had work done by Lifestyle Patios, so when I decided to build a highset deck at the rear of my house it was an easy decision to ask them to do the job. As expected, they did a wonderful job. At each stage I felt supported and that getting the look and experience of the deck I wanted was the most important thing to everyone in the company. Steve, who did the initial design and quote and another Steve, who did the check measure and made sure it would all work on my existing house, both went out of their way to ensure the design was engineered in such a way that the main support beams went the opposite way, allowing me to not have centre support beams and therefore park a caravan under the deck. They also worked closely with the product supplier, NexGEN in Brisbane so I could have stairs made out of the same product and still meet the required building standards. As such, the entire deck is made out of composite materials that look like real timber but only require a sweep and occasional mop – so virtually no maintenance. Gavin, Sarah and Rich worked incredibly hard during the summer heat to build such a large deck in a relatively short period of time. Their knowledge, skills and attention to detail resulted in a beautifully finished deck. Lee in the office was, as always, in consistent and friendly communication, making sure I knew what was happening, that all of the paperwork was handled and that everything ran smoothly. I can’t speak highly enough of all of the team at Lifestyle Patios, their professionalism, the quality of the work they do and the way you feel valued and that your needs and experience are important. The deck was also good value for money and came in spot on my budget. I absolutely LOVE my deck. It looks fabulous and even exceeded my very high expectations!

We had a carport built onto the front of the house. The sales team were professional and offered excellent advice, the team from the office handling the paperwork were efficient and prompt and the building team could not have been better, on time, tidy, and provided a job that exceeded expectations.

We recently had the pleasure of engaging Lifestyle Patios to build our new patio. To Lee in the office, who kept us up to date with the progress of the application, Rick, who drew up the plans, Brendan, who made the final measurements etc and Gavin and Sarah who constructed the patio a big thank you. It was a pleasure to be involved with a efficient, professional and friendly team.

The staff are very helpful and the communication throughout the build was excellent. Great product and very happy with the installation.

We had an exceptional experience with the team from Lifestyle Patios. The team are highly knowledgeable and designed our new patio roof with a strong focus on complying with council regulations. They even coordinated the council approval application which all went extremely smoothly. We appreciated them providing realistic time frames and providing honest advice in addition to proactively getting in touch with updates at the relevant stages of the process including council approval and final measure.They actually installed the roof earlier than anticipated and we are extremely happy with the final product. If I had my time again I would not work with lifestyle patios. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Plain rude.The product is excellent but that is made by ausdeck. The build is excellent but that is done by a contracted builder.The few things lifestyle are responsible for like customer service, communication, delivery details are the worst parts of my experience.I suggest you find a builder get them to measure up what you want and buy direct from manufacturer.Avoid lifestyle patios.

From first enquiry to delivery of products to removal of old and installing our new Patio we can't rate Lifestyle Patios Highly enough. Friendly sales, and customer service teams, with highly experienced builders, keeping us informed and advising options throughout the build was excellent. The Builders were respectful, friendly and hard working, plus cleaned up when everything was completed. Our new Patio is bigger with better materials and insulated roof giving us the ability to live more outside regardless of weather conditions, we are very happy we chose Lifestyle Patios.
