Gemini Southport

It was a joke. The fact that you wont get any update until you call them. Booked almost 1 month ahead for my to just get my repair quote of my car then waiting for parts for another month and called them close to the date to confirm they said they havent order the parts yet?!!! seriously???? Really unhappy about the customer service... so frustrated and wasting so much time and done nothing... Always waiting and waiting with no reply until you actually contact them.

I have had my Stinger to this business twice, the work has been complex as the car has many features. On BOTH occasions the work carried out has been exceptionally good.I can fully recommend this business for car repair.Barry V

Thank you so much Gemini repairs. I definitely recommend these guys. They fixed my 86 so fast and it looks as good as new; and most of all their service was good and the reception is very kind. Of course crash repairs through insurance take a long time, but they finished my car in around a month!

This companies customer service skills and professionalism is really lacking. No communication at all. No follow up calls. Did not follow through on given completion dates ie. moved from Wednesday to Friday then Monday and then Wednesday without communicating. When asked was told “they never said that” even though I made several follow up phone calls as they were not following up.

Gemini staff are very helpful and proactive. Very receptive when I called for an update.The insurance company I had to go through is the only reason I gave them 4 stars.

I have selected Gemini to repair my car through RACQ. Gemini was supposed to call me to make a booking for an inspection, but they wouldn’t. Then I called them. Two weeks after the inspection, I asked them that they received the parts or any updates. They answered they haven’t been authorised from RACQ yet. I called RACQ and they said actually the Gemini hasn’t sent any images or documents of the inspection! After that Gemini sent images to RACQ and they authorised. I wasted these two weeks! So, I have to wait another 9 days. It’s December now, so my car will be repaired next year! It’s so frustrating! If they didn’t make a mistake, my cars would be repaired before Christmas and I could use my car for my family trip..

Excellent quality of repairs, complemented by friendly and professional service. Special mention to Jason who went above and beyond to explain everything in detail. Definitely recommend
