Excellent property rental Agency!In the past two years, from the selection of tenants to the replacement of tenants, Kelly and Neil are always demonstrated professional qualities, especially in the middle of changing tenants, the transition is smooth, no gap, and does not waste any time, no any loss.The team were responded quickly and maintenance/repairs were attended to immediately. Outstanding Property Manager. Neil has been my Property Manager for two years, whenever I send Neil emails late in the evening and often receive his reply within minutes no matter how late at night, weekdays or weekends, sometimes as late as midnight. He offers professional advice and keep me update, when tenant have questions, and help tenant solve issue on pool pump, solar system, that I don't have to attend it. When changing tenant, always smooths and no gaps in between of two leases. highly recommended professional Property mamanagement team.
