Hillbilly Camping Gear
Best ever camp kitchen. I’ve had a few different options including home made and this one is the best. So strong and the heat spreads evenly. As a trained chef I love my food. Last night was rib of pork on the spit with cauliflower, leeks and corn on a pan. ( oil and season the cauli with dukkah, salt, pepper and lemon oil it’s amazing)For fun I warmed up a packet gravy on the frame of the spit. It worked without melting the package. However the meat was so moist and tasty that the gravy tasted horrible so we didn’t eat it

We have slowly been building our collection over the last 15 years and can’t fault any of the products we have purchased. We recently ordered a 12 litre camp oven and it was unfortunately damaged in frieght. As soon as I emailed them they had a new product on the way without delay. The guys at Hillbilly have been nothing but amazing to deal with, I originally ordered the 12.5lt camp oven but realised its a bit big for Hubby and myself. Every product made by Hillbilly Camping is made with great precision and quality. I have used the Bush King camp oven kit during numerous camping trips and never fails to amaze me how fit for purpose the product is. Good quality, light weight, sturdy and big enough to cater for a family of 5. Just bought a cookstand kit for my next trip, and there's so much more I plan to buy, can't wait. Highly recommend anything from Hillbilly.

This gear will last you a life time. May be a bit more expensive than the imported low quality stuff from China but it will last 100 times longer. A quality, simple design that can’t go wrong.Australian design and manufacturing that deserves the good reviews.
