Padstow Pet Centre

My husband and I tried to walk into this petshop on two occasions and we couldnt make our way inside due to the horrid bad smell. The store is not well ventilated, bad for your staff and bad for the animals. The smell will turn away your customers. I hope you get this fixed!.

Had a wonderful experience with staff here at Padstow Pet Centre. They helped us look after our fish and give excellent advice on how to fix up our pond. Thank you for caring!

Good variety, but no tame birds.

I've been a customer of this shop for as long as I can remember. I wish I still lived nearby, because there is no other pet shop like it in Sydney. Vikki and the team truly care about the animals in their care. I've seen the levels of dedication to every single one of them myself. I wouldn't trust my own pets with anyone else, and have boarded animals with them even when closer options were available. Not only do they go above and beyond for the animals in their care, they will go above and beyond for ANY animal in need. All of their cats and dogs are rescues or strays that they have taken in for various reasons. No matter what animal it is, they care for them like they're their own children.I really can't speak highly enough of every single staff member, they're all so lovely and helpful to all who come in their doors.

Absolutly love this place, Took my 5 guinea pigs there today to have their fingernails trimmed and the lady that did them was AMAZING! She was very gentle with the guinea pigs and they were very tame with her. She DEFINETLY knows what she is doing. Highly recommend and will certainly be taking my fur balls back there.

Find an assortment of toys and essentials for your pets at this family and pet friendly store. Also available are little balls of fur and feathers of joy (small animals) to be bought and adopted. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff that can help you with everything you need.

Friendly, caring staff offer excellent advice on all our feather, fin and fur friends. Clean and well-maintained shop that carries quality, premium pet food and supplies at an affordable cost. Any pets I have purchased have been in excellent health. Also offers a boarding service.
