I went in this afternoon and was greeted by Pharmacist Divya very promptly. She was exceptionally helpful and friendly. She took great care and time with explaining the medication and how to use it to get the best result. She then went above and beyond and recommended many other helpful tips with my health condition. I highly recommend looking out for Pharmacist Divya for help.

My 6yo had her ears pierced by Vincenza today. Vincenza was professional and gentle. She talked through the process with my daughter and gave us clear instructions on how to clean and care for the piercings. Vincenza assures us that if we had any problems, she will look after it for free. My daughter gave her a 5 star review and will I definitely come back when my eldest plucks up the courage to get hers done too. Thanks for you care Vincenza.

I am extremely disappointed. I put two scrips in to get dispensed and needed one over the counter medication. With the over the counter medication they gave me the wrong medication and I had to ask for it to be swapped. The next two prescriptions they were unable to dispense as they were out of stock, which is fair and reasonable if they hadn’t made me wait over 45 minutes, telling me it will be a 10 minute wait and having staff checking up on the status and saying it will be another 5, I would assume they would see that it was out of stock, I would understand if there was a long line however multiple people who came after me received many scripts before me. Not a pleasant experience, and staff showed no empathy. I will be going to other pharmacies from now on.

I’ve been going there for years - Spiro, front-lady Tina & the girls are really lovely, but I’ve noticed the pharmacy service is going downhill.A week or so ago the older woman pharmacist asked me in front of customers why I was on couple of particular medications for and that while I’d been off waiting for my prescription, she had called my doctor !! She said the medications out loud so everyone could hear.I was so angry and disgusted - I don’t want other people knowing what medication I’m on and questioning my doctor is outrageous. Lucky it was his day off… shouldn’t that be under doctor-patient confidentiality??Today I went there looking for some cold medication as my husband has had a runny nose for a week. I was basically told I was lying after I said I’d given everything under the sun - all I wanted was something stronger then on the shelf. After a few moments the older woman just turned her back and I was standing there like a Birk!! I was polite even though I’ve spoken to rudely.What’s needed at North Rocks is competition, as the same people own the little one up the road. Apparently, the owner bought it so he would have no competition and it shows.Going to take my business elsewhere. I spent thousands there over the years but not any more.BTW, I went to the Chemist Warehouse at pennant Hills and got some nice strong cold tablets no problem!!

I have to give 0 star.Avoid this place for piercing, you will end up with an infected and swollen ear which needs surgery to take out the earring.Visited the pharmacy for ear piercing for my 6 yr old girl.The piercing was completed but after a week, one of ears became red and swollen. I visited the GP and was told because the earring was too tight, the back part has gone inside the ear tissue and has to be taken out in the hospital. I visited emergency department of the Hornsby hospital and after applying anesthetics the piercing which was done incorrectly was take out.After 2 months I visited Priceline North Rocks again and requested re piercing . I was told to wait for another two months to let the ear heal.I called after two months, and booked an appointment. When I attended the appointment I was confronted by the lady (who claimed to be the pharmacy manager) screaming at me that they do not do piercing on Saturdays and she has full authority to refuse to do the piercing.I asked her to be calm and explain why an appointment was booked if she is not willing to do the job and she kept screaming and being aggressive and saying it is not her problem as I did not speak with her on the phone.The issue we had with the piercing and having a kid with painful and swollen ear was the issue with the initial piercing. And then instead of being offered apologies, Priceline manager demanded to charge us the full fee to do the re piercing and then refusing to do it.Please avoid this place as the manager attitude is aggressive and not reasonable. Definitely these people need more training, not to transfer any of their daily problems to the customers by offering them aggression. Avoid this place for piercing, you will end up with an infected and swollen ear which needs surgery to take out the earring.

I have been a customer of this pharmacy for over ten years. The atmosphere is always cheerful. The staff readily interact and are very helpful. The pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable and willing to spend as much time as needed to ensure you have understood the information. Well done to you all.

Um, hello!? How can the same script jump by $3.00, then $5.00 then $10.00 4 weeks apart!? Bloody crooks, make up prices as they feel. How can they do that to customers- it makes no sense!? If look at the 2023 Priceline Medication pdf list, you will see the real price you should be charged. Seething!

Don't bother going here for your vaccination or why other medical procedures!Extremely rude pharmacy assistant who accused me of hiding" my vaccination history from her because she couldn't see it on my consent form.I tried to explain that I had no vaccine history but she told me that I must have been vaccinated at some point.I said I wasn't

Service is appallingly slow. They take forever to accept your script, and even after you've left your script with them for a day, it can take them 10 min to hunt around for your medication, discover that they still don't have it, and then tell you.The store is cramped, and their slow service means there's frequently a mob around the prescription area, which means people don't get served in the right order - meaning a longer wait for some. Shopping here is a frustrating experience.Prices are higher than Chemist Warehouse too.

Been to Pharmacy today to get prescription medication! No queue or clear instructions regarding where you wait or queue up! Mind you this is not the first time also!!Customer service only to white Australian people! Coloured people do not exist for this store- it is year 2022 and I felt so ignored - not the first time either!! Customer service should be according to a system in the work place and not by colou- not by race! This is a health industry for heaven's sake! God bless all of us
