Awesome hotel with very interesting decor. Bar staff were absolutely top notch. Meals were very good in taste and size. However my only gripe is the Chef is not very nice, when complemented he simply walked away and said 'yeah thanks'. With his back to us. Would not stop to acknowledge any words spoken. I tried to compliment the first day we went there, however he simply walked away. A big let down on the whole establishment.

So good!! Serving so many with minimal waiting time,it was a pleasure to be there. Definitely a place to return to. The food was brilliant. Guinness Pie was a treat. Do yourself a favour and visit.

I so enjoyed my visit, I was made to feel very welcome from the start, and then and expertly poured Guinness, chatting to the locals and very accommodating with a late lunch. Worth a detour and taking time to savour the place.

Fantastic place, stayed out back in caravan for free. Just drank their beer and eat their fantastic food in return.

Just overnighted in O'Shanleys Irish Pub in Clifton, Qld.Free camping at the rear as long as you patronise the pub. I had a nice steak and chips and the Kilkenny beer was smooth and cold.Dog friendly too.
