Got a pair of RM Williams repaired and re-soled. The boots had a damage to the sole (at the toe). He fixed them up and put fresh rubber soles on the boots. Absolutely quality job and turned around in 4 days. Would recommend to anyone with RM’s.

Excellent repair work on my leather boots that had worn heels & soles and were leaking water. Now good as new. Quick turnaround of only a couple of days. Less expensive than other places and top quality job. Highly recommended - but note that owner prefers cash.

Will not recommend this repair shop. He did not do what we have agreed on i.e. replace 2 zipper Pulls for the price quoted. When I pick it up only 1 was replaced and the other one was not done. Therefore, he did not do what was agreed on at the price of $45 to change two zipper pull". Very shifty I must say. Not very happy..."
