I went to IKEA with a friend for a bit to eat and coffee. I was impressed about the size of the cafe and the prices. I liked the cup refills you could get and the spaciousness of the dining area. Also it was very clean.

Found the place to be a little dirty and the staff where not very helpful. Only positive thing this there is plenty on disable parking all with loading bays for chair access. Also not as cheap as it use to be. I would rather go to Kmart, better items and cheaper prices.

Good parking, access and variety in store. Easy to find things. A bit too peopley, wish there was more personal space and groups didn't string out or doddle

Great variety of showrooms. The plant based meatballs were absolutely delicious. The mash and gravy were splendid as always, same with the meat and chicken meatballs!! A great cheap eat that is always enjoyable.

Great shopping experience. All your home needs under one roof. Products are value for money. In-house coffee shop serves good range of food for a good meal and snacks during the shopping.

Date of occurrence: Friday 3/02/23 around 4 pmHi Ikea team, could we please be more careful of cleaning the utensils this is what we got out of your pile next to the cashier from the eating area. I suspect the whole pile is considered contaminated.. We did the best we could with wiping the sets we got with napkinsThe other cutleries have visible whitish marks.. Not a very good experience

Met my expectations of an IKEA experience. Quite large, perhaps larger than Tempe or the Rhodes branches. There is no undercover parking. Note that if you’re planning a quick exit the entrance is quite far from the exits - it’s on the other end of the complex. There is also a little kids touch screen game for kids near the exits.
