He showed up an hour late because he said he had previous jobs that he had to attend to but there was no phone call to state this.When he was finally here he gave a quote different from the one quoted in the description over the phone and when I said I am not happy with that and refused to let him work he said I had to pay him because he has no money to get home. (Mind you he came an hour late because he had previous jobs which if he demanded cash like he did with us I don’t see why a grown man has no money to get home).He then refused to produce a receipt to state the job and brand (which we requested 3 new Whitco locks to be supplied) but wrote an e-mail with only the job. Then the locks he gave us were only 1 new Whitco but 2 rusted no brand ones.My husband was concerned that he will harm us because he hovered around our premises until my husband came home (which was 2 hours later than my initial contact with him and refusal to let him do the job based on the different description) so he paid him for him to leave however I am not satisfied that we are not supplied with what we were promised and I will be lodging a complaint against this as I believe we have consumer rights and his hovering at our place for hours is bordering threat which I will also speak with the police.
