Bought quite a few items from Adore Furniture over the last few years. The staff are fantastic! Had a slight issue with one item, was a fixed rather quickly and given many options to fix the situation. Will definitely be back for more shopping

Bought 2 sofas in 2021. Paid for delivery, told afternoon, booked time off work etc. On the day of delivery we got a phone call at 9am, saying they will be coming in 20 minutes. We said no, booked for the afternoon, only to be told that they are heading south to do other deliveries & would not be coming back, so accept it or arrange another day. Had to change plans & get home for the unscheduled delivery. Guys also scratched the front door We paid for this debacle. Bought reclining sofas specifically with the handle inside. Came with handle outside. Have not been back & will shop elsewhere.

I cannot recommend my experience with Adore Home Living and in particular, staff member Natalie, enough. Natalie went above and beyond to do anything she could to help us find the parts we needed to build our dream sized couch. She has excellent knowledge of the product and industry which made us feel like we were in great hands. She is an excellent communicator and genuinely cares about your experience in the store and your satisfaction with the product. She kept us up-to-date on our order and answered any queries we had. We had a very good experience with adore. We were looking at a few different options for lounges and the salesperson was very helpful.Now, a year later we have had several baby and pet related accidents on our lounge and reached out to Adore for advice around cleaning and repairing and they have been incredibly helpful.

Just thought I would just look and see if I saw a lounge that would catch my eye. It certainly did. I found my lounge and to top it up I also purchased a dining table. The service I received was exquisite. Lee Anne was such a delight.
