Mount Buller Summit
Mount Buller is a stunning destination for outdoor enthusiasts seeking adventure in the Australian Alps. The Mount Buller summit hike is a must-do activity for any nature lover visiting the region, and it provides breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The hike begins in Buller Village, where hikers can easily access the trailhead. The ascent to the summit is challenging but incredibly rewarding, with several steep sections along the way. The trail is well-maintained, with clear signage and markers throughout, making it easy to follow. As you ascend the mountain, the views become increasingly spectacular, with sweeping panoramas of the surrounding valleys and peaks. The terrain is diverse, with rocky outcrops, alpine meadows, and dense forest providing a stunning backdrop for the hike.Reaching the summit is an incredible achievement, with panoramic views that extend for miles in every direction. On a clear day, hikers can see as far as the distant peaks of the Victorian Alps, making the effort to reach the summit all the more worthwhile.

We went there in March. There were no any snow activities but a lot of maintenance works. The road is zigzag but in good condition. Driving to the summit you can have a better view.

Simply stunning!! It’s the end of April, which is in between of the bike season and snow season. Not too much traffic here and the view on the summit is fabulous

Mount Buller is a resort village in eastern Victoria, Australia. It’s known for its downhill ski slopes and terrain parks. Bike trails and footpaths also crisscross the mountain. The National Alpine Museum of Australia has exhibits on the country’s alpine regions and chronicles the history of winter sports in Australia. Mountain peaks, waterfalls and high plains characterise the nearby Alpine National Park.Google info

Loved every second, it was unreal to feel snow during the summer. The views from the summit are something you have to see for yourself. Whether going in summer or in winter, this place is a wonderland of excitement and fun. Mt Buller will not disappoint. It's a must for anyone thats keen to explore beautiful places. There are heaps of slopes to choose from to ski down, ranging from easy to hard. So, whether you are skilled or just a novice, this place has you covered. There is a pump track for bikes, scooters and skateboarding. And lots of fun activities for all the kids and adults too.

Beautiful walk, here during March early Autumn, temps around 20 in the midday, perfect ambiance and day for walk. Also okay not with 4WD, I just came here with my small Yaris with no issues! Will return here (can’t come during winter) for a ski!

Wonderful experience both in winter and summer. In summer mostly its deserted as activities take place in winter. Plenty of things to do and good resorts to stay in. Kinds can enjoy the man made snow and skate in the ice.

There's an amazing 360 degree view of the resort and surrounding mountains. The walk up from the summit car park is a few hundred metres and fairly steep, so may not suit everyone. Catching the sunset is magical if you have the opportunity.
