Good store convenient budget prices good quality friendly staff access to public transport with good facilities. Service staff good and friendly at pick up location. Online pick up available. Love their products. Some bulk items including pet foods for the everyday sections.

Grabbed a sale ticketed item as it was on sale, I didn't need it, you no the lure of any money off. The lady on the self serve didn't believe me it had a ticket for a sale price, said to me no it's not I sold some of them last week, bear in mind it was like 70cents off a spatula! I told her i will go and get the ticket she was staring at me with this horrendous sour look, which she also gave me when I walked into the store. I was in my high vis uniform so maybe she thinks less of people who work outside I don't no. Anyway a nice lady that also worked there saw how rude this women was and said not a problem just give it the lady for the sale price! The lady was blonde older lady a sour look could be permenat who knows, but she was very rude and made me the customer feel very unwelcome.

The products we get here are good. And the pricing competitive. Good store for household items too.I understand all the staff and cashiers are busy and trying to get through a whole lot of customers, but being rude is not fair. It's happened twice now that a cashier was rude to us while billing and made us feel bad about not taking a bag from them or not agreeing to donate.We didn't check the name of the person who was behind the counter but she was very rude to us this time too. We hadn't even finished billing and she told us we cannot take the trolley out of the store without even knowing what we are going to do. And even the way she attended and spoke to us was very impolite. I hope this doesn't repeat again and again. We'll just stop walking into a Big W if this keeps happening.

I love Big W and the store inside Westfield Eastgardens is pretty good. The stock and displays are always neat and tidy and easy to find. I especially love shopping for women’s graphic t-shirts and casual every day clothing and pyjamas. I also like the sheets and towel range.

Good store. Friendly service. But the click and collect experience needs to be simplified--you shouldn't have to book an appointment and then wait for a confirmation sms to pick up your order when you're already there. Look at Myer and just copy it. No brainer. Surprised that this is owned by Woolworths.
