Incredible super friendly service. Top notch work. Staff know exactly what they are doing. Don't read too much into the bad reviews. This place is EXCELLENT.1 year edit: went in again today, couldn’t put my stem in. They could have charged me to put it in, but they explained that I just needed some grease, and a bit of elbow grease, and I could do it myself. Sure enough, I did. Very honest and helpful blokes. Still a five star rating from me.

Awesome bike shop, staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. The mechanics (Tim & Brad) take pride in their work and have attention to detail. They also take their time explaining what they did or what needs to be done. Gary knows his stuff as well. He will sort you out and won't leave you standing around clueless.

Poor customer service.My partner bought me a rear rack for xmas, and the day she bought it, they said that I could bring my bike to fit the rack if I had problems, so I did. I had concerns the rack was too big, as it had a lot of slag at both conections, but the owner/manager said, it would fit for my wheel size, and also that they would be happy to put it for me if I had issues, so I came back and the answer was, yes we can do it but you have to book a mechanic. WTAF, why not to say this in the two ocasions? Waste my time both times. On top that, they were very disinterested to help.

Tim the mechanic did a great job on my bike. His diagnosis over the phone was better than other stores in person. Fixed all the clicks and creaks and my bike runs as smooth as silk!! He is patient with describing why, how and what has happened and generous with general tips and advice. It feels like what a local bike shop should be like. Will definitely come back to build up a new toy!

In 2018 I was shopping around for a bike that was an all-rounder bike that was great for commuting / fitness / light off road. After speaking to the friendly knowledgeable staff at Beaselys Cycles. I was happy I purchased a Specialized Cross trail. The pricing was very competitive compared to similar makes / models in other shops. Two years on and the most impressive thing I can say and recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing a bike at Beaselys is the amazing expert advice and on going support I’ve received from the team. From someone who wanted to ride just to get a bit fitter, the wonderful team at Beaseslys has converted me to avid rider and made sure my experience was and is 5 stars. Cannot thank the team enough. 100% recommendation.

Team at Beasley Cycles are great. Changed over bike seat clamp very efficiently. Installed mud guards with very quick turn around time. Reasonably priced. Fantastic experience. Thank you.

Worse than 1 star - a ZERO, don’t go here with your bike, long wait, over 2 weeks, I had to call several times, told the brake parts were delayed, told I would be called back after a call to the parts supplier by the mechanic, no call back, next day I cancelled the job, then went to get the bike and the shop offered it back with brakes & grips off, saying the parts had just arrived (dodgy move) went back a few days later, new brakes are on but not the ones agreed on. Not adjusted correctly either. Never had a such a bad experience with a bike shop before

I went there to buy a new pedal.As soon I as arrived I asked to see the pedals and asked which one he recommended. He pointed out to one that would fitted my bike, and to that I ask which types there were and why. He went on to explain that they attach to the bike in different sizes and my bike (Parked in the street, visible through the window) should be fitted to the one he pointed out.I happy bought the one he pointed out and I installed at home with difficulty. Later, while cycling, one on my pedal fell off. I found out that the pedal he sold me messed up both of the crack arm of my bike.This store is on my way to work, and for a specialized and expensive store it is really bad. Not coming back.

A sign of a great company is how well they resolve unexpected issues. Took a kids bike for fixing up as a birthday present, Beasley not only fixed it on time, but then made additional improvements to the brake system. Excellent service!
