I found a very friendly staff as soon I stepped into the pharmacy. The pharmacist that did my booster shot was very nice and she explained to me all the symptoms I might experience after having the booster.I can just saying that having all the info make me feel more relaxed and more ready in case of symptoms.Highly recommended

Absolutely lovely staff everytime I come in here. Always super helpful no matter the query. They also did my flu vaccine and the process was so easy, seamless and surprisingly enjoyable for a vaccine! Couldn't recommend more.

I have done the ear pering service done and ask to remove the freshly pearing earings and they told us you need to pay 10. When I ask to open this, they told its really easy. They don't know the value of the customer and even don't know how to treat the customer specifically the owner of the business.

Absolute rip off chemist! Thinks it’s ok to charge you double and more compared to other local chemists.. Disgrace

Be careful buying stuff from this pharmacy. No return policy applies in this store, even the item was returned in original condition, with a proper receipt and within 7 days. Most of items are higher cost than normal pharmacies in Perth, contact lense solution a pack for $27 and in chemist warehouse 2 pack in a bundle for $29. This store is a rip off.

Excellent service. Kim helped me out with choosing a face wash that was suitable for my skin. She was very patient and made me feel extremely welcomed when I had no idea what to get from the huge range that they've got. Will always come back for more skincare tips and advice. Well done and keep up the great work.

My experience here was wonderful. Leonie the highly skilled pharmacist gave me my first Astrazeneca shot. We were able to chat a little before as she gathered my information. She was an excellent listener and a very kind & positive person. You are such an asset to this pharmacy, Leonie. The rest of the pharmacy is fine and very tidy, although Chemist Warehouse seem to be trying to drive the local pharmacies and perfume shops out of business, which is a bit of a pity because their staff are ordinary at best. Bought some reading glasses here too. Thanks Leonie for making a potentially nervous situation an absolute pleasure.

I needed the original brand medication, I rung them before I go and they confirmed that they had it. When I went, they didn’t have it in full therefore I had to go to another pharmacy to get the rest. Meanwhile, they said that my health care card is not working and they charged me the full price. I went to another pharmacy straight after there was nothing wrong with my card. I had to go to Medicare to get my money back because they were lying to me about it. I haven’t got my money back yet. I don’t recommend this pharmacy for anyone.
