Priceline Pharmacy Coomera

Absolutely tiny! So Priceline have gone for a new small shop to save on overheads? But how can they make a decent profit when the stock range for a chemist shop is pathetic. This store is nothing compared to their Southport store. The 5 star reviews here look like they've been written by staff.

Customer Service was horrible! My friend and I, who is 13, walked into Priceline to purchase a chapstick for herself. Before going to the register, my friend took out her wallet and pulled out a few coins as she was trying to get rid of her extra change. While this was happening, the employee seemed very impatient and was flashing us dirty looks. When we approached the cashier, she didn’t greet or welcome us in anyway. My friend said hello but she rudely ignored her and proceeded to say, “Is this the only thing you’re getting from this entire shop,” in an extremely disrespectful way. Hopefully this review will urge your company to improve the customer service.

Friendly customer service and has all my pharmacy, hair and beauty products in one spot. The beauty advisor there is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! They go out of their way to ensure a positive shopping experience.

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE ) I've had Webster packs done for myself for the past 15 years 10yr being with another chemist which I had an account with that was at Fernvale as I lived on 240acs at Wivenhoe Pocket and 5 years at another both of those trusted me calling up every fortnight to put money into my account. Priceline said that we should be able to work something out. After the Pharmacist's wife picked up my prescriptions and medications I went to start an account and the answer was no we don't do accounts so I found this to be very rude when they did that. Since then I've found a Chemist on the other side of the highway very nice people. And guess what I was able to start up an account. So in the end I'm happy.

1star is too good, Customer service from the cashier is appalling and I’ve experienced this on both visits to your store! Do better Priceline Coomera with who you employ as all businesses are built around people.

I’ve been going to this Priceline since they opened. I’ve always found the service to be fantastic. It’s wonderful to experience that old fashion service where the staff remember you & the chemists know you name.I was so impressed with them I keep my scripts there, never felt comfortable with any other chemist to do that.Jack & the staff are the best.Thanks for everything guys, keep up the good work.

I’ve been going to Priceline Coomera for a few years now and the pharmacy staff are amazing. I didn’t know that they were cannabis script dispensers until recently. I gave them a go to compare price, order time, etc. and I was so shocked by how fantastic they were! Very competitive pricing, quick arrival into store, and dispensing time was quick too. I don’t usually write reviews but I was so grateful for this experience, I just had to (I don’t have to drive over 40mins now to get it!).

I have now been a regular customer of Priceline Coomera for about twelve months. Without fail the staff have been a pleasure. Helpful, friendly and efficient, nothing is too much trouble and have gone beyond their job description to help me in many small ways.The pharmacist is so very helpful and always available for face to face advice.The atmosphere is so welcoming. Five stars are not enough.

I had flu vaccine last Saturday which I was running late for. I called to let them know and they were very kind to accommodate me...thank you to the kind customer service staff that took my call and for Jack for not cancelling my appointment.
