Absolutely rude staff , no customer service skills at all. Everything seems like a effort to help customers. The way my husband was treated today in front of other customers was unacceptable you made him very embarrassed. Won't give you my money or business anymore.

What an outstanding business. I live in Roma and needed some equipment and couldn't source it in Roma. So I called and spoke to the lovely staff and was able to source what I needed. And to top the experience off I received a follow up phone call to ensure everything was ok and if we needed any further assistance. Would recommend them to all my friends and family. Definitely 5 stars.

Made one phone call to make an enquiry about pool salt and got abused and accused of ringing them numerous times which i did not. Could not even prove to me that i did ring up more than once as she did not have the ability to read the phone number that was calling them (i have evidence on my mobile!). Obviously this female employee got out of the wrong side of the bed that morning. Never actually been to this business physically but first impressions last.

Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Came here a couple of visits ago for a second opinion on what we've been doing with our pool. They have saved us heaps of money and we have learned so much about our pool.

Office staff great squeezed me in, but let down by the clown they sent to my house!Now my pool has more problems than before they visited.I will never use these guys again,!

A really great experience from beginning to end with these guys.Easy to book, came when promised, and my wife who was home when the technician came, had a lot of nice things to say.We are very happy that we thought to call Pool Werx Ipswich instead of continuing to follow up with our local pool shop who have been uncomprehendingly unreliable, and we will be sending all of our pool related business your way from now on.Thanks team.

I've been a regular customer of Poolwerx Ipswich for almost 5 years now. They do our monthly pool service and are prompt, reliable and flexible. No request is too much trouble, and they sort problems and equipment issues out quickly. I highly recommend them.
