Simply country pub.The food, service and patrons are so country, but that's a good thing.Loved my meal.

Great Central Hotel
We enjoyed lunch at the hotel's bistro/coffee shop. The meals were well presented and delicious. I was able to order a locally brewed beer with lunch which was really good. I would definitely recommend and return.

Great Central Hotel
After spending a week in Surfers Paradise we stayed next door to this pub, been there done that before, on our way home. The atmosphere and the meal were way better than anything we had at Surfers. Our thanks to the friendly wait staff and the chefs for a great night.

Great Central Hotel
This is straight up a BANGER of a restaurant, if you're a local or a blow in, you're going to want to come here. The place has an authentic relaxed country pub meets classy restaurant vibe. The service was 5 stars, with the waiters and bartenders going above and beyond with service and the Chef's rustling up some great pub feeds. There is no doubt in my mind I'll be back to Glen Innes with a fist full of sapphires and a belly full of dinner and drinks from the Great Central Hotel. See you later xxz

Great Central Hotel
Awesome Country Pub!Basic but lovely rooms, ample amenities and beautifully decorated.Tony was a very welcoming host to 3 Bikers with no booking and storms to dodge, and again 4 days later on our return trip.Great food in the bar, fancier in the restaurant if you prefer, just a lovely place to stay. Right in the middle of town too.

Great Central Hotel
I wouldn’t go back. It was cheap and surprisingly I slept really well given when I lay on the bed it felt terrible.Amenities need some care. One of the showers was broken, two of the toilets weren’t working and it was in need of attention badly upstairs.Downstairs was nice enough, the guy working there was friendly.I was there Friday night and the town was dead, I hardly saw anyone out and about. Most of the pubs were closed, the club was empty, it was weird. Luckily I found good food at the Chinese restaurant, Dragon Court.In the morning the town is bustling with lots of energy and people around it was really nice.
