Visited to vote not pray...very quiet booth

They say that the best advertisement against christianity is christians. Today one of your parishioners (a stranger who I let sit at my table in a cafe while I was reading and having lunch) told me Im going to hell because I have a partner. This rude and dogmatic old lady has strengthened my belief that I will never join a church based on dogma and that christians in general are unkind and insensitive. I recommend The Wayside Chapel if you're looking for a church based on love not hate and exclusivity.Who seriously believes that the divine creator of the universe gives a flying f who you date? Not wayside ;-)Though to be fair-- upon reflection-- my reactions to being told Im going to hell are not exactly an expression oflove over hate. Are they?

These guys helps the community out with food every Thursday with free lunch. They also have free dinner every Wednesday night
