Brad is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me the potential causes and method for rectification of the pool leak we were experiencing. He was very professional about the way he completed the work and managed to get it sorted for us. The work was completely in a neat manner and with the least invasive approach possible which was much appreciated.

We had complex issues with a young highrise pool. Water ingress, leaking control joints and surface integrity/aesthetic issues. We went in circles with others trying to have these issues. Thankfully we were recommended Pacific pools by another building manager. Brad, Phil and Brandon did a stellar job. Great to have tradies work with you, smooth process communicating with body corp, straight down the line, no games. All issues have been resolved. As you'd expect...not cheap but stellar service.

I dealt with Brad to get a heat pump installed, and some advice regarding an older pool. The advice was absolutely first rate, the install went well, and I was very impressed with Brad and the team at Pacific pools. I will use them for any Pool issues I have in future - and would recommend them without hesitation.

Brad from Pacific Pools fixed up some rusted reinforcing rod for me a few months ago. I was pleased and reassured that he knew so much about the problem, the type of tiles, the age of the pool and my options from the initial couple of photos I sent him. He turned up on time and completed the work to an excellent standard promptly and on budget.I then asked Brad to come back to replace our recently failed pool electronics and to install a heat pump. I had many questions about the options and Brad's knowledge of the area was impressive and he was constantly happy to talk me through the many pros and cons of each option. He also patched up some tiles around some lights which needed some attention. All this is now complete and I continue to be very happy with his work and the ease of working with him.
