1. Came across their Instagram and saw a bag on sale which is cheaper than their website so transferred $. Staff then told me postage is extra despite their website says complementary postage. Please notify customers upfront that postage is extra if item on sale. 2. Charged $20 for postage when postage only cost $11.xx ( they showed me a copy of receipt for tracking number purpose) 3. The sales receipt shows $0 GST (?) 4. Staff were friendly but would appreciate if they notify the above upfront

客服很不專業，說話很不客氣，尤其是那個叫Maggie的 頂撞客人，沒有禮貌，麻煩教育一下。什麼叫扣子的技術叫做舊？看起來黑了就可以說是做舊嗎，你禮貌嗎，微已經拉黑，永生難忘啊，這麼沒禮貌的客服我第一次見，發表意見都不行 你別發朋友圈了好嗎，不懂的接納意見還不讓提，太搞笑了，服務業怎麼有你這種人？你懂的什麼是客人為尊嗎，麻煩請她出來道歉

Great service, they offer Laybuy payment plans, great for people who wants to purchase something a bit over their budget. Staff are very informative and nice too!

rude staff...they didn't bothered welcoming me!!! just asked me what do you want!!! then answered my questions and not bothered to stand up or show me the bags!!!! very bad experience specially If you want to buy a 2000+ $ bag
