VERY POOR customer service. VERY RUDE staff. Thought that I'll be relaxed to get my nails done but it was the total opposite! Asked if they do a certain nail design and they did not deliver. Asked staff to kindly remove the design and was banging stuff after I told them that I was not happy with the result. Told them that I'll still pay for whatever extra nail polish they have to use on my nails to fix it. Unfortunately, the finish product is still very substandard and looks horrible! Had to remove the shellac when I got home and had to clean my own nails. Will not recommend this nail salon. Not worth my money and time. 0/10.

I wasn't happy with my nails so I requested them fixed, they were rather rude about it then claimed I showed up late to my fix up appt as well as my original. The lady was so rude to me in front of other staff and clients that I said don't worry about it and left and will never go back

I have attended this salon three times now and everytime they have made my cuticles bleed. Staff are not friendly in fact quite rude. Very production line approach. Wont be going back.

Very rude,did not speak to me at all, cut me on seven fingers with the grinder. It says on the front window that walk-ins are welcome, apparently not. Sub standard job, expensive and not worth going back.

Lovely salon and perfect for a mummy daughter date. Brought my 3 year old here to get some princess nails and the lady was so gentle and great with my little one. The little kid pink cat chair is great for little ones

Zero customer service. Grumpy staff. Very pricey and not worth it.The grumpy lady made my cuticles bleed and spoilt the shape of my nails. I had to ask for the cuticle oil at the end as she conveniently forgot about her job.Pedicure was completed in 18 mins with minimal effort.Would not recommend!!

I went in for the first time on Wednesday afternoon for gel on my toenails and the staff member who did my nails spent so much time making my feet look amazing I was so grateful for the relaxation and I didn’t feel rushed as it sometimes can in other salons. I was sat in a really comfy massage chair and my nails look perfect, and it was cheap for the amount of time spent with my pedicure. I’m looking forward to going here regularly. Thanks for the great treatment.

Beautifully clean and very hygienic, foot spas have liners, towels in sterilized, WASH BASIN. The nail technician clearly took pride in her work, my nails were exactly what I wanted. 3/4 Technicians - prompt appointment- no waiting - loyalty scheme. I will definitely be back
