Brisbane Prosthodontics - Dr Michael Mandikos

Dr Mandikos is excellent. Very very knowledgeable and understanding, I am on the process to have bad veneers fixed (these were done at a different clinic) and Dr Mandikos has put time and care into helping.Also the reception staff and nurses are lovely and made me feel at ease.Definitely would recommend going here.

-Dr Mandikos has so many credentials, that means nothing when the service I received at most was nothing more than lacklustre he is so rude after I complained about being kept waiting for 30min while he squeezed someone in front of me even though I was the first booking and arrived early , equating to waiting one hour for my appointment without any notification that plans had changed well I had plans to go back to work .I would not recommend this prosthodontist for cosmetic dentistry I just don’t think he really cares about detail - with me anyway.I was unhappy with work performed, it was not of the high standard advertised on his website and over priced. I specifically explained exactly what I wanted and this man went ahead and did what he wanted instead.I found him to be inept with all communication with me and he didn’t even explain anything about what was performed on my teeth on the day. He made me feel unimportant, like there was NO person connected to my mouth ,he was also having a personal conversation with his assistant during part of my procedure he was also interrupted twice and conducted another conversation with another staff member that entered with his fingers remaining in my mouth this was atrocious and highly unprofessional, it was evident that Dr Mandikos behaved like he was the most important person in the room…………….What a horrible experience I had ,the 3 teeth I had repaired were less than average the two front teeth are untidy at the back and bits of composite fell off and the eye tooth he didn’t even care about the shape it looks nothing like it was meant to look and the worst it’s ever looked and again untidy at the back ! In the end I just got sick of dealing with his ego…I would NOT RECOMMEND his skills and uncaring nature……… he deserves minus stars not one star!!

The receptionist very rude,no communication,no customer service, if you ask questions,she will give a ugly face,this place will spend 19 days to give you a treatment plan,how can you wish they do anything for you?we are the client why we have to pay money to let we angry and unhappy. If I can give 0 star I will do that.
