Incredible variety of stock of basses and guitars as well as amps. The service by the whole team was great, I got help from Dario and left with exactly what I wanted plus more, no rush and super friendly.Definitely would recommend and come back!

Well I put a Legator Ghost aside and as I was on business near Inverell I decided to take a drive to this famous shop and collect. Dylan was the guy that I was dealing with and he was excellent which is more than can be said for the bunch at their Gold Coast branch. Uninterested, bored, one of them did not even know the suburb he was in...no joking! The Ghost turn out to have a truss rod problem, Dylan phoned me a few days prior and organised a couple of other 8 string guitars to look at, Riffs and Licks would do a deal for the inconvenience of the Legator saga. Well the deal was the same price as Sydney ones. Never matter as the Ibanez RG5328 is a superb guitar. Legator take note..get your act together. Riffs and Licks....supply some sugar lollies to throw some enthusiasm into your staff. Dylan gets five stars. Not the business.

Very helpful even though I had not make a purchase at the time

Purchased a guitar from these folks recently, and I was extremely happy with the level of customer service provided.The issue I had was sorted out on the spot, and I left the store with a rather large smile on my face. (And a very nice guitar)The range of gear is quite extensive, with plenty of options at all price points.5 stars does not do these folks at riffs and licks justice.They get 6 stars.If you are looking for some music gear, get in contact with one of the team at Riffs and licks and have a chat.

Excellent I bought a epiphone les paul special in tv yellow from the Gold coast store the guys couldn't of been any better to deal with

Outstanding customer service anything I wanted I could just ask and they would take me right there all staff were very friendly especially the Guitar technician he help me by my new amp and fixed problems with my acoustic guitar they had a wide range of amazing equipment I will definitely be back I have found my new music store on Gold Coast.

Staff seemed friendly and obliging, which isn't always the case at some of the other music shops.
