Cannot fault this company one bit nor the companies they work alongside in order to get peoples belongings from one place to another. Moved from BNE to NZ, I was thoroughly kept up to date throughout the whole process, the team that packed my belongings were amazing and took great care with everything, very impressed! Also I like how they over quote you originally, so the final invoice is usually less than what you are quoted, which is quite a pleasing surprise! Jo is a true credit to the company and made everything such a smooth and stress free process, will definitely recommend!

We moved from Brisbane to Palmerston North New Zealand with Overseas Packers & Shippers and had a partial container.The communication with Jo was clear and easy to understand with no unexpected fees and she was very professional.The two person team Peter and Jackie who packed everything for us were very fast and made sure all of our items were packed sufficiently. I have used this company twice and both experiences were good. This last time was March 2023, they did a turnaround of my stuff and were very good. Nice friendly staff and they did a professional job.

Penni and Rae helped me get my belongings to NZ, as did the many men on site. They all helped. The staff were knowledgable, helpful & approachable. The company had affordable, realistic prices and far outshone any other competitors & believe me I did my thorough research before settling on them! My goods arrived when expected & only a small damage from glass picture frames which is to be expected with all of the shifting done. My goods all arrived safely & I would go with their services again for sure. Thank you OP&S for being the best freight company for international goods in Brisbane, and the Gold Coast!

Very personal approach from Rae at the depot. Felt I could trust that my goods were in good hands. Timely communication and easy drop off. My shipment was delayed by a month due to the shipping line, which was not managed by or under the control of by overseas Packers and shippers. Timely communication was received.

Excellent service from the initial free quote to receiving our shipment in perfect condition on the other side of the world.The office staff were helpful and professional, the team who carefully packed the furniture were super efficient thanks to years of experience and the tracked delivery to the final destination was flawless. Communication throughout has been first-class. We cannot rate this company too highly.

We've recently returned from Brisbane back to NZ.Two years prior to leaving, I had a few calls with Penny, who was always very helpful.Nearer the time to our move we booked in a quote and Jo came to see us, she was lovely and have us a great run down of the procedures and what to expect. We did have two other quotes, but chose Oversees Packers and Shippers, as they were better priced.On the day of the move, we had Peter, Jackie and Tom come and pack our belongings, they were sooo good, quick and efficient and really packed our belongings very well, so much so we only had a couple of breakages, I was impressed.I would highly recommend Oversees Packers and Shippers, we thought they did a great job and that also included the team in NZ too.

I delivered my shipment at their warehouse. Friendly and expedient service. All paperwork done on site. Shipment Australia to Norway took 2,5 months.
