Verotti | Bathroom Culture

Purchased two Verotti Felino Zero toilets from Harvey Norman in 2018 and have been very pleased with overall product quality. Recently a fault in one of the toilet seat's soft close hinges required attention. Contacted Verotti at Greenacre for advice, and was advised a replacement toilet seat would be needed. Item was in stock, and I collected my replacement, receiving advice on correct fitment. Excellent service throughout; a quality product backed up by quality Verotti service. Thank you!

We bought two Verotti Felino Zero toilets for our home. The ceramic bowl of one unit was visibly warped on unpacking and a replacement was supplied, however once both toilets were installed we discovered another defect that means the flush does not rinse the back of the bowl resulting in a brush and second flush required for every use. I have never seen a toilet do this before. We complained to Harvey Norman and Verotti sent out a technician and determined the toilets ”flush the same as the rest of their toilets” - which suggests their whole range does not flush properly. Verotti and Harvey Norman have refused to replace our two faulty toilets. Poor product and poor service.

I am extremely happy with the shower screen and toilet from Verotti.I really loved the shower screen which was a custom design that allowed a black border arch. I was also impressed with the rimless toilet and soft close seat.Plus Verotti’s customer service was exceptional from start to finish.Both products look amazing in my new bathroom and I could not be happier with my recent purchases.

They came and installed the wrong mirror - 2 years down the track, numerous calls later, they still have not addressed the problem.

Great service and excellent value for price paid. We installed frameless shower screens and wall faced WC's with the electronic bidet, dryer option which is like being in japan! Would recommend for those who are seeking a quality product.
