I don't know what it is about fish bowl and terrible service. I had an equally bad time at their Melbourne place. This time I stand in line for ten minutes to order and the dude just completely ignores me and takes orders from everybody else except me. I know the food is good here because I've had it before, but once again your service completely sucks. Use uber eats or something to get your food delivered don't bother going down and being treated like the invisible man.

Ordered the Anura salmon bowl and it arrived without salmon. Ubereats also won’t refund. Very disappointed and feel ripped off

One of the best fishbowls in the city. The female worker and her colleagues were so friendly and warm, very personable . The food is so fresh and made quick. Love this place so much !

It does not share the same standard with the other branches around the area, food isn’t fresh and customer service is bad.We did get there later in the evening - they were still preparing food but half the fridge was empty. We asked if they were still open they said yes. We ordered extra salmon - not only it was A LOT less than what we expected but also not fresh. Half way through the meal the lady walks out and tells me they were now closed and had to leave. Why weren’t we warned, did they want me to carry my salad and eat while I walk? Shocking !!

Struggled for a while to step into this place, as I thought they were doing just salads... Then I tried it. And I don't think I want to eat anything else for the next summer's months!! Fresh, delicious, filling, so SO TASTY! So many vegetarian options. I tried the eggplant salad and the fake meat one. The combination of flavours was mind blowing. Will come back to try everything vegetarian on the menu! Also excellent customer service and lovely vibes!!

I always order through ubereats and never had a problem. Today I went to the shop and the staff was so rude, I tried to say hello to them they didn't even looked at me, zero eye contact, went to the counter on the payment side was told that I had to order to the person who was doing the bowls, not to them, ok. Asked for a large bowl and I got the same as I usually get with a regular with even less product inside, with probably the smallest salmon they had in the shop. I left terribly disappointed

Fantastic place with plenty of variety to choose from at a very reasonable price. I just got a regular sized chicken salad and it was more than enough. Lots of different options and lots of fresh ingredients. Not too long of a wait which was good, as people were pouring in during lunch time for this place. Will be back to try the other options too!

A very large cockroach in my bowl, found after eating half of the bowl and was still moving. Now all people in my group can’t eat their meal.
