Ryno Ferreira has now represented Strata Plus over 6 months todate. During this time I have called upon Ryno to interpret complex strata jargon in plain english to which he responds in written and verbal language which is easy to understand. His comprehension of various plans is in-depth and is articulated at every level when he communicates.I fully recommend and endorse Ryno to provide excellent customer focused Strata services.

Since moving to Tweed Heads to manage the office, Ryno has been like a breath of fresh air. His professional manner and dedication to the job has made being on the Strata committee of our complex so much easier. Ryno has excellent knowledge of the legislation and is always available for advice and responds promptly to all emails and phone calls

We've had other strata managers in our block of units in Byron, the team at Strata Plus Tweed-Byron has been the best by far. They really go above and beyond - putting in the time when required to help all owners achieve a beneficial outcome on issues for everyone, and taking the time in meetings/AGMs to properly air issues and consider motions and actions. Ryno is a consummate professional. Can't recommend him and the Strata Plus team enough. Six Stars!
