What a wonderland for stitchers of all abilities! Great service and beautiful fabrics, plus an excellent range of hebidashery. They are knowledgeable and can advise on almost anything, even grandchildren!

The best sewing machine service technican hands down. Dedicated quality service. When i told him 3 other repair people said they couldn't fix my 1130, Martin said he could fix it even if it had been run over by a tank! ( Love that an do attitude). And he did fix it , my 1130 plus my 910 and even my 750QE are now working better than they ever have before! Well worth the drive down from the sunshine coast, couldn't recommend Martin more highly. Very happy customer

I've been a customer of Bernina for many years, possibly 10 or more. I've had nothing but excellent service every time. Some times it's just a phone call and I get stepped through whatever my problem is, and it's never a problem to them - they see everything through to completion.I've also had them service my mothers sewing machine, and she lives in Nelson Bay in NSW, another very happy customer.I'd highly recommend them to anyone who chooses to go there.

I had an amazing lesson with Martyn today on my B77. He was able to assist and clarify many of my questions. His explanations were clear and practical. Thank you Martyn for your professionalism in dealing with my questions and problems. The world is my oyster now and I am sure that my B77 will be exhausted from creating all my projects.
