My builder used them for Aircon installation in my newly build home and these guys did the hell of an install. Every summer since 2019 I have to contact them regarding aircon issues and every time their guys couldn't found any issues. Apparently, the manufacturer have to step in every time and do the fault finding for them. Their staff is very un professional and don't reply to your emails for weeks. I am fed up with them and suing them for sure, so humble request to everyone stay away from them if you could.

We moved into a new home built with wa home building company in January 2022. Solidated Energy installed the air conditioning unit. They tested the unit to ensure it worked but didn’t test to see if it cooled. During the heat wave in 2022 and in 2023 we had issues trying to get them to come out and fix it. As they kept on hand balling to other companies. This issue still has not being fixed. Would not recommend them.
