They don't pay there contractors. Lie and cheat you out of had work/earned money. Devastated they owe me over 2000 and just push me aside. I have other contractors that have had the same experience just a big company bully in the work place. And u can't do much.

Had the misfortune of buying an apartment build by these guys. A huge of list of issues with a brand new build, which took months to get any action on with them shifting responsibility onto me for an issue that was clearly done on installation. Nothing but issues dealing with them and getting anything done.I guess it's my fault for not hiring a building inspection for the one opportunity I had to pick defects before moving in. All about the volume of builds and not the quality, standard.

Fixed a roof on an insurance claim and these guys were just amazing. Worked long into the night, cleaned up after themselves and just really lovely people to deal with from the office to their trades..totally professional. Will use privately as well if the need arises
