BlackPink Nails

I came in today with my mother for a pedicure service and i was very happy and satisfied with whole experience i received.Thanks to team at Black pink nails.

Went in for an acrylic refill, which was okayish but not great given I had to watch her like a hawk and get her to fix things along the wat. The shellac she applied next was absolutely terrible, the worst I had in Melbourne. She applied it unevenly and got it all over my cuticles. When I pulled her up on it she told me it's my fault, which is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. I have been getting my nails done for years and never had a nail technician blame me for their poor workmanship. Stay away from this salon, plenty of better ones in the area.

I would 100% recommend Black Pink nails! I dropped in without an appointment, they fit me in straight away and I’d have to say it’s probably the best manicure I’ve ever had. She took so much time and care shaping my nails perfectly and ensuring there were no imperfections. I’m incredibly impressed with what I received for the price I paid.

Unfortunately, this is probably the most unprofessional nail experience that I have ever had. I made a booking well in advance for a Saturday morning and arrived on time. However, the salon was very busy and obviously was not paying attention to bookings or how many walk ins they were taking. I waited an hour before anyone started my manicure/pedicure. Being just before Christmas, I was quite circumspect about that, however the manicurist who was attending to me was more focused on managing the whole salon and payments and paid no attention to the quality of the service provided. She was missing coats (unevenly on different feet etc that I had to alert her to) as she was up and about constantly and not leaving the gel heater on long enough. As a result after 2 days my Shellac manicure and pedicure is coming away which at $80 for both is really highly unacceptable. I would not return to this salon.

Had a deilightful time getting our Bridal Party Nails done at BlackPink. Fantastic quality of service and products, couldnt be happier with the results of our SNS, Extensions, French Tips and Pedicures! Thankyou everyone at BlackPink Nails & Beauty!

I went in a couple of weeks ago to get an SNS manicure with tips and nail art, and was told to get acrylics. Unfortunately when I questioned why SNS wasn't possible, the answer I received was vague and unclear (possibly due to a language barrier), but I didn't want to cause any issues so I agreed. It has now been just over 2 weeks and the nails have started lifting and cracking. I was also charged $100 for the service which I wasn't quoted prior to booking, and believe was very expensive for the service provided. One thing I will say is the nail art was beautiful, it's possible the low quality of the tips/acrylic was a once-off.

Jenny and Cindy are incredible! They were so friendly and are both absolute perfectionists! They made sure myself and my two bridesmaids got exactly what we wanted and went above and beyond to do so! These ladies are working overtime and still do it with a smile! Nothing short of amazing!

It’s the shop with the most trendy colors to choose, amazing job done with great details! Very recommended!
