I bought a pot from this store and was charged $69.00 when the price on the suppliers direct website is $34.95. I have also seen this brand of pots in Brisbane and the prices reflect the suppliers website. Disappointed to learn that this store marks up their products by 97%, which despite overheads seems ridiculous.I unfortunately did not realise until I had paid and left the shop just how much I had paid and the receipt simply displayed 'plant' @ $69.00. I wonder if they try and over charge people and if you question them in store then they would go 'oh sorry, that was a mistake it is meant to be X amount' but if they get away with it then great.Very disappointing experience. I recommend googling what something should cost before purchasing anything from this store just in case.

Brilliant and timely customer service and the team went above and beyond to ensure my mother received a perfect bouquet of flowers for her birthday. She was thrilled with the flowers and said her house smelled just like spring. It can be tough to find accommodating florists when sending gifts from interstate, but I would definitely recommend beautiflora and use them in the future!

Arranged for flowers for my mum on her birthday - I live overseas, so it can be a bit complicated - and Beautiflora were kind, helpful and made a beautiful arrangement (as befits theirs name). Highly recommended.

Very disappointed in a bouquet for $85. This is what it looked like. Nothing special. Website pricing is misleading. I will shop around next time.

the team created a beautiful composition with the flowers I wanted. super communication via Instagram, they answered questions quickly. they promised a wow effect - they made it :-) Bouquet ordered online, 10.000km from Byron Bay with 8 hours time difference. I highly recommend this place!

I recently worked with Britte at Beautiflora to get flowers arranged for my best friends moms funeral. I paid/ordered the luxe bouquet + vase for over $300 USD and while the flowers were beautiful, it was underwhelming to say the least. When I complained I was told it was because of $200 of unrequested orchids. I wanted the room to be filled with flowers or at least a few bouquets. I will say nice, responsive people, but worth the money, absolutely not. Make sure you inquire about the specific flower prices included so you can maximize a bouquet.
