Gave up after seeing standing room only in the waiting area, some people asleep in their chair. 4 people serving. Such a modern building with so few cinsultants serving. Welcome to Adelaide. Slow service is the standard.

Experienced the best customer service in this Service SA. Not like any other I have ever found. The lady was so helpful with not just me but others that were struggling with forms especially the elderly. Well done Service SA Port Adelaide!

Took me an hour to get through, but it was the day before easter weekend, the staff were very friendly, and working as fast as they could for only 3 people basically. Took as long as I expected for what I needed.You should never!!!! expect to get in and out of there in no time. If it happens then it is a bonus!!!

I paid for both my forklift license and renewed my driver's license + photo in about 10 minutes including waiting time, The lady at the desk was excellent, very polite and informative when I advised her I'd had little sleep so I might have missed something.Clean environment and the staff are polite and dressed nicely.

I tried to hand in a form and the power was out, its very annoying, suspicious and pathetic that something like this would happen to a new building. You can not blaime someone for handing in a form late due to some complications and also something out of the customers control. Thankyou

I needed to renew my licence for 10 years and have my photo taken. I was expecting a long wait but was immediately helped at the reception stand. My photo was taken within 2 minutes and i was immediately assisted to complete the process online. All done within 5 minutes. Great service. Thank you.

Arrived early at 8.45 am and was second in line. Services SA opened promptly at 9 am. Qualified by a very nice man at the counter. Given a number and almost immediately called. Lovely lady with a great attitude greeted us and promptly processed my form for a permit. So easy and a credit card payment made we were in and out in 5 minutes. Very friendly and informative. Great work Services SA. One thing to remember is to not go late in the day as the wait is horrendous!!

Rang for general info about dva gold card and dva pension in regards to sa concessions and all fixed over the fone in 5 minutes excellent service and transaction back dated could not ask for more regards dom
