Finally mechanics that actually know what they're doing

Paid $1170 for a full check over and service, however on invoice although it states brakes were greased and adjusted…. Since confirmed neither of these had been done by a professional mechanic. The rear drum brakes were completely out of adjustment with the front discs, causing us only to be using half of our break power with a very spongy pedal! Also sliding pins/ boots on front callipers has absolutely no grease on them causing both front brakes to stick excessively causing brake overheating. Since that I’ve had to pay a lot more money to get them rectified. To me, not only is this a shame as we asked for everything to be checked over properly, but it’s also really dangerous as this is a big safety feature on the vehicle. We were also not made aware of timing belt needing to be changed. Previous timing belt indicator sticker was easily visible to a mechanic with a trained eye. Showing it had not been replaced for over 95,000 km at the time the service was completed. A serious lack of care and attention from wards trucks
