We walked into Groove Tiles in Southport with a general idea of how we wanted our bathrooms to look but no idea where to start. Kylie blew us away! She picked up on the style we were after and came up with amazing concepts for both our bathrooms. Seriously impressed, if you’re feeling a little overwhelmed or just not sure where to start we highly recommend going to Groove Tiles and asking for Kylie!

We have done our outdoor tiles, kitchen floor and subway tiles and soon to be both bathrooms with Groove Tiles. We searched nearly every tile place on the Gold Coast and Anne and all the staff there were so lovely and helpful. Anne just knew what tiles to put together and nothing was ever a problem for her. I wouldn't go anywhere else for tiles. They have a great range of tiles, good prices and all the staff are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Do NOT give these people a cent. They ordered the wrong tiles - not what we chose in store and blamed us! Wanted 25% restocking fee. The owner Leo abused my husband when he tried to resolve this issue. I was turned away once with my baby as the sales person who ordered the wrong tiles Sam - was ordering for the shop! Clearly she cannot focus or give good service. She literally ordered the wrong tile. We’ve renovated several times and order all of our tiles through them - never again . Beyond disgusted with their “service”. They just want your dollars they do not care about service or their own mistakes.

Absolutely wonderful friendly service from the team at Groove!Anne was very helpful when it came to making our tile selection, and their range seems more bespoke than the big tile retailers.Also when we needed some additional tiles it was quick and easy to organise and pick up from their warehouse next day so the tradies weren’t delayed. They also gave us a single tile from their when we broke one.Highly recommend Groove

My husband and I are working on our 7th home renovation, one call which was answered by Sam and I had all my questions answered a beautiful selection of tiles for myself to view, all kept within my price range. The showroom is beautifully set up and maintained well. Well done Groove Tiles and Sam I will definitely spread the word !!!
