Locals get preferential treatment. Can't sit there cos it's Helen's seat. No reserved sign. People after me were also told not to sit there. Got my order after Helen's even though she was 5mins after me. When I asked the waitress if Helen was the queen. She said that they treat everyone the same..... except visitors at the visitor centre. Got to see the irony there! Told there are worse things to worry about and that she was sorry I FELT that. Not sorry for the actions. Helen looked quite a nice middle aged able person. Just poor management.

My mum purchased several food items from there and when she got home hours later I had to tell her that they all were past the use by date. Some by several months. She was so disappointed and it was a bit of money. She doesn't go on holidays often. Disgusting to run a business selling food and not even regularly check stock use by dates.

Very good advice on the larger area around Myrtleford. Useful detailed maps for sale. Also some great Christmas gift ideas are available.
