Well.. what an absolute let down. I placed an order the day before for delivery the day after. I even paid for this. Address that was provided was correct, yet delivery driver decided to rock up to a business at 5:06pm on a Friday afternoon. What’s even worse is the blame was back on me because they said i gave them an incorrect address which was not the case as the name of the company was very specific. Now, this company want to charge me an extra $10 to re-deliver for a mistake that wasn’t mine. Absolutely ruined my surprise… won’t be shopping with you guys again!

I was so impressed with my first purchase through PersonallyPicked, but what's so much better is that my daughter was totally delighted!. The parcel arrived exactly on the requested date, & despite her apartment block being a bit difficult to access, the delivery person did a great job & left it in a very safe place. My daughter loved the personalised box I choose, & told me that the items I'd selected were all arranged beautifully inside. What a great & somewhat unique service, & for a reasonable cost; I'm a very positively impressed customer; 5 stars!
