Palladio Homes

We had a great experience with Palladio . We chose Palladio due to the amazing Lyn and her initial first impression , wonderful service and responsiveness . After visiting and negotiating with about 6 builders - we chose Palladio due to their ability to make our build custom , change floor plans and I didn’t have to wait weeks for responses . I spoke to real people all the time , didn’t have to wait on hold and had issues amended very quickly . There was nothing too difficult and we are so happy with our beautiful home .

Currently undwerway with building my first home through palladio homes, to say im impressed and thankful is an understatement. From day 1 they were welcoming and very thoughtful for our needs and what we wanted. The display homes are beautiful and a great example of a great home, decent price and not marked up over a label.Christaine particularly in Pimpama Displays has been above and beyond. Helping us with promotions they had and helping us get the very best and what we wanted. She helped us with everything at the drop of a hat, no matter the change in our plans or the stupid question she helped us amazingly. Im excited to see a company have such an amazing person represent a company and they should be proud to have someone like her to be the first point of contact.Im excited to see this build go throughout and highly reccomend palladio homes already without fault. I will plan to keep this updated post build to give a full experience review. However palladio homes have amazing staff and selections and im really impressed throughout after seeing 10's upon 10's of differenr builders they seemd the best option for everything and money can bring.

I've built two houses with Palladio. Lyn and Lauren are great to work with because they both listen and try to accommodate your request. There are always small hiccups along the way, however, both Lyn and Lauren helped me a great deal to achieve the best end product I could afford at that time. The only reason reason I gave four stars instead of five is because, the entire build took over a year to finish which made things a little harder and that was pre covid. Whereas, looking at the current market a year does not sound too bad. In short, great people and good value for money. The credit goes to Lyn and Lauren, and to them I am always grateful.

My experience with Palladio Homes so far has been nothing short of amazing! Lynette Malcolm has been absolutely incredible from the get-go. She has been so friendly, helpful, resourceful and highly accommodating. Given that it's a custom build on a slope, she was happy to look at my personal design, made changes and came up with a great one which ticked all boxes. I literally put all my trust on her and signed up the contract without a second thought! Just finished my colour selection with Tania who made it real smooth and was highly supportive as well. Looking forward to begin the actual construction in a week or two. Really excited for my new home and I'll keep this post updated as I progress!

Just finished building my home with Palladio. Christiane was absolutely a pleasure to deal with she went above planning my home. Nicole also goes the extra mile and even after the build is still helping me as it is my first built home. Jeff the building supervisor was so easy to deal with over 6 and half months I had no issues and still don't. Home is exactly how we planned and the team really go above and beyond. Thank you Palladio. I highly recommend your company to all.

Firstly we would like to say how welcoming Christiane and all at Palladio are! Before we walked into the Palladio office for the first time we had been to see a number of builders and out of everyone the service we received (and continue to receive) is by far the best! We cannot thank you enough for your patience whilst we were making decisions and changing things to how we wanted our home to be, you continued to help us every step of the way with our enquiries and decision-making. Christiane, you made the beginning of our building experience enjoyable and stress-free! We will always be grateful for your time and help! We continue to speak highly of your professional yet friendly manner, nothing was ever a problem and you were always happy to help.We saw Nicole next and again, we will always be grateful for the wonderful service we receive from her too, everything is so organised and we have found this building process so enjoyable, this is due to all you wonderful people at Palladio!And we can't forget Geoff! Palladio homes have been accommodating and professional to deal with. No request has been too difficult and they have been incredibly quick to get accurate prices and information back to the client. Their customer service team make you feel like friend rather than a number. I have built with larger companies in the past and have been highly disappointed on a number of levels. I would definitely recommend Palladio homes to anyone looking to build their next home.

Please stay away from this builder, do yourself a favor and don't be the 2 out of 5 person who regret using them to build their home, in general the handover disappoint us for the fact that we nearly waited 2 year for our house to be finished, please stay away and find some other builder who trust their own work with longer constructure warranty. Do more research on choosing your builder remember if you get them to build your home high chance of pineapple for you.Since we move in August 2022 they haven't fix any defect on the house and then the air-conditioning failed stop working, I mention to them that we installed a solar, and then they blame the solar company for the failure of the air-conditioning system, due to their negligence on the warranty issue I source out a local air-conditioning company for the repair and payed them and they found out that the ducting system is installed wrong, evidently they hire low quality trade that's why the result is so awful I can't wait to sell my house to get away on the stress that this company giving me,PLEASE DON'T USE THIS BUILDER OR HIGH CHANCE YOU BECOME LIKE US WHO SUFFER TO THEIR UNPROFFESIONALISM...

We were so glad we choose Palladio to build our new home We have finally moved in and happy with the finished job We also had our landscaping done by their landscaper he did such an amazing job our home is now complete Thank you Palladio especially Rob our foreman Kaye office Graig landscaper much appreciated Lyndon and Noelle

We are excited to be commencing the build of our new home with Palladio in the near future and feel confident from dealing with Christiane throughout the initial stages that Palladio will deliver on quality and service.Although we could have contracted with a number of alternative builders , some cheaper, we decided to stick with Palladio based purely on the lady at the front desk, Christiane.She is a happy friendly face when you enter the showroom, and Palladio should be lucky to have her as their representative at the front desk of their business.We are not easy customers and quite finnicky with what we want, but Christiane was always happy to make any changes we requested, the plan itself must have changed a dozen times.Now that we have reached a point in the process that no longer requires Christiane’s input, we hope that other Palladio staff and the construction team will continue providing good service to the end.Admittedly, after receiving a competitive base price, we were concerned with some of the high end costings quoted for above standard fittings, and believe that Palladio should be more transparent from the start with what you supply as standard. A higher grade of fittings should be standard and subsequently reflected in your base price, then there’s no surprises. We have opted out of a few inclusions based on your prices and will complete them outside contract. But all in all very happy with choosing Palladio and the professionalism and effort shown by Christiane in particular.Best regards,Grant & Darnelle Pura
