I don't understand why my review which I published a month ago has gone , is there an adjustment with googleAs a tenant I am not happy with movable .They treat you very bady .Anyway they made us buy our first home quickly.I got a feed back message through google from movable (19/05/2023)trying to show that agency is right but ;honestly telling we never had a good time with themHouse condition was not as good as the condition report statesHow can we be responsible for broken tiles when we just walk on it. moreover everything was an easy fix nothing proper in that house , the walls already had patches and was fixed and pained when we got but the same positions were not strong enough ( that is what I meant everything is easy fix before we got the house). This house has structural damage. I feel like it is not worth it the rent you pay and moreover the treatment from the agents.And in the past we never had any issues with agency so there has been a terrible mistake from the agency's side about the condition report . Moreover it was more of a harrassment from their side.I am writing this review because the next tenant also will have issues . So just giving my statement.

A fabulous result. We had 4 open homes for the sale of our home. Jason did his best to take the stress out of the procedure for us encouraging us all the way. We had a few robust discussions but always with a positive outcome. Jason suggested we have a time auction as our preferred method of sale. To be honest, we were not 100% sure about that as our real estate knowledge is limited. At the auction Jason and his close knit team handled the auction amazingly well. We were so impressed and he achieved a fabulous result for us, better than we could have dreamed about.

Excellent communication and extremely professional! Selling my house with Pat was a positive experience. Using his knowledge of the market, he used a strategy that captured both the uniqueness and potential of my property, and was quick to adapt the strategy to reflect the changing market. Pat communicated with me weekly to provide a detailed analysis of house inspections and potential buyers. Once an offer was accepted, he ensured I was well informed and contacted me regularly with updates. Pat was extremely efficient throughout the whole process and maintained a high level of professionalism. I would definitely work with Pat in the future.

Highly professional and experienced agent. Jason and his team provided weekly feedback, including in-house rating of buyers they regarded as warm or cold. Communication was good as were Jason's negotiation skills. I understood Jason was working in a difficult market but he didn't deviate from his initial valuation of the property. Professional,͏ Resourceful and CompetentJess is sharp when it comes to knowledge in the market and developing a marketing plan, which was what I wanted. Her recommendations such as the furniture styler was spot on - the house looked amazing! Jess approached everything professionally, she was naturally passionate about the location of the property. She valued it, and showed that in her sales approach, something that cannot be copied without being faked. She also took a youthful and modern approach to everything. A very competent sales person, that I trusted .Prior to Jess, I had a terrible experience with my previous realestate agent that simply said that I am hard to please. The truth was I just have high standards, which Jess also had. This is what you need when selling over $1M properties. If statistics are anything to go by, my first open house had over 70 inspections with Jess, instead of 17 inspections with the other realestate . This came down to knowing the market and marketing it correctly. Noting second time around it would be expected less and not 4 times more people.
