Never had anyone cut my hair as bad as this. I had an asain lady give me a skin fade I told her how much I wanted of the top and the first thing she does is take a massive chunk of my hair of the top. I should’ve known as when I went in she called for the next person and everyone in front said they were waiting for the man instead but as it being my first time here I didn’t know. Horrible hair cut and will be wearing a cap until in grows back.

I've been living in Townsville for almost a year and was struggling to find a good barber.When I found out about this place, I decided to give it a go, and it surpassed all my expectations.Their service is great. The staff is well trained, and my now barber Lidia is a superstar.I will recommend their service to everyone!!

I can not recommend these guys enough, I live in Burdell and I make the pursuit to idalia because I know that I’m going to get a quality haircut. Both Ethen and Ben are incredible at what they do and I would happily go to either one of them. Love this place

My 5 year old and 2 year old were absolutely terrified of getting their hair cut. We’ve tried numerous places/people and it was always awful! Ben is so amazing, calm and patient with my boys! He never got cranky with them or rushed them! He took his timeto build the relationship, explain each step he was doing, and made it fun! Not only does my 5 year old beg to go see “benny” to have his hair cut now, both boys leave with the most perfect hair cut every-time! They also love getting their complimentary chocolate milks every time we go! Highly recommend HMB/Ben!
