Excellent Saturday morning activity out with the family for a 5km run/walk at 7am every week. It's an easy flat run with the lake on your left - full of birds and wildlife all around for you to enjoy.

One of the best parkruns around!! 3 laps of a gorgeous lake on good paths. Really friendly. Also a good track to aim for a fast time. Bring binoculars for some great birdwatching too.

Lovely course around the lake, relativity flat throughout, and very picturesque. We did Their B course today, 3 laps around the lake. 10/06/2023

A well organised Parkrun, three laps of a lake. Paths are concrete with timber boards on bridges and generally flat going. The grassy start can be a little congested with lots of participants, so if you are a sprinter get up at the front, if a jogger in the middle, and walkers hang near the back, it's important to self seed according to your usual pace so you don't get tangled up with faster runners trying to overtake in the first 100 metres.

Beautiful spot for a run around the lake. The only downside is when you know you have only one lap down and 2 more laps to go! Very well run and friendly volunteers!
