They are a small and dedicated family operation, delivering high quality advice and service, whilst being consistent, proactive, responsive, accurate, personal, professional, and balanced. And reasonably priced. Rare in a RE agency (we've found, through other experiences), and we are extremely happy to remain on their books. Our tenants don't seem to have any issues either.

Everyone I have dealt with has been very friendly and easy to deal with, and they have made owning my investment property totally worry-free. They found fantastic tenants for me and always provide me with regular inspection reports and updates. I can honestly say I have never had a single issue the whole time, it's been complete smooth sailing. The NSRE team has been a pleasure to work with ever since I bought my property with them in 2012. Having dealt with many open homes and pushy agents, I still recall the team at NSRE were great to deal with and facilitated a smooth and easy purchase. After moving away from Sydney, I chose to lease out my property through them. I currently still have the same property manager as I did almost a decade ago. The long relationship means they have a strong understanding of the tenants, the market and are committed to finding the best outcome for both the landlord and tenant.

Bruce and the staff at NSRE have been looking after my rental unit since I bought it in 2019 and I'm super-happy with their service. They literally look after everything for me, all the expense payments, regular inspections, condition reports with photos, you name it. Any issues they let me know about quickly, and then take care of them quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend NSRE, they do an awesome job.
