I never leave reviews but this warrants one. The most unprofessional experience applying for a commercial lease ever. Saw the agent show other clients through for inspections when they had told me it wasn't available to inspect yet. They could not tell me the cost of outgoings, how big the space was or how much the rent was - was told to list as much as I can afford" for the bond deposit on the application form. I ended up renting through First Nationals & had an absolutely wonderful experience."

One Agency staff made the search , application and eventual move in process so much easier than I thought it would be. I haven't rented in years and was expecting far more red tape and hurdles. They really made the whole process easy. once I'd moved in they continued to assist with small issues here and there. Great agency to deal with.

I highly recommend Lisa Howard as a Property Manager. Lisa is an absolute professional and treats landlord investment properties and decisions as if there were her own. She is highly experienced, consultative, offers advice and guidance throughout the process and provides regular updates and clear communication. Lisa secured me wonderful tenants in a very timely manner after I had a poor experience with a former managing agent and ended up with a vacant property.
