Shannon and Andrew delivered furniture we purchased from Oz Designs to our property. Received a txt day before delivery on estimated time of delivery. On delivery date received courtesy call they were 15mins away.Delivery was on time, the guys were friendly and professional.very happy with their service.

We were very impressed with the service we received for our recent move on the Gold Coast. The communication with Shannon leading up to the move was great and he always responded promptly. The team who helped us move were incredible ! They were fast, efficient, careful with our belongings and really friendly and approachable. They did not muck about and focused on getting the job done and for that we will certainly be calling Shannon and the team again for our next move and be recommending them to anyone needing to move locally on the Gold Coast. Would not recommend, did not show!Went with this company as they looked the most reputable on the Gold Coast, we confirmed a time first thing on Monday morning to which they never showed. I also called four times and they didn’t answer and also didn’t receive a call to explain at anytime during the day (or ever).If you don’t have the time to play roulette with your moving day, there are much more reliable providers that actually respond to their phone calls at a much more competitive price. Don’t add additional stress to your move and find an alternative removalist.

I booked a house move 3 weeks in advance. Two days before I texted to confirm, no communication I then texted the next day and left a voicemail. I then tried to call several times with no response. On the day of booking I texted again saying if you are going to cancel please just let me know so I can make other arrangements, finally they wrote back saying they needed to cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances. If I never sent that last text I assume they would have just not showed up without any form of communication. Having a house removalist not show up to a booking has a serious impact on people! If you cancel without communicating in order to take a more profitable booking from someone else this may help increase your earnings but it is highly unethical and just plain indecent. I had to pay the next company a late booking surcharge of 50% extra because these people ditched me. Not to mention having to spend a stressful 2 hours calling everywhere for a replacement while juggling work commitments. I recommend people to avoid this company at all costs
