Whitsunday Apartments Hamilton Island

We stayed here during Easter. Good value for money and good place to stay. The customer service was really good. We will definitely consider staying here if we visit Hamilton island again.

Whitsunday Apartments Hamilton Island is a surprising delight. From the outside it doesn't look much. But the rooms are massive, well appointed and incredibly clean. The facilities are excellent and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Beautiful location overlooking the beach. Spacious apartment that can easily fit 4pax. Good gas kitchen, bathroom and balcony.Free bus around the island and to/from the airport was a big plus.Room was nice and big but the big let down was the quality of the bed sheets.I normally do not care, but the sheets were ROUGH on your skin (body and face). They are clearly saving money on the choice of the bed sheets. As a former hotelier, you often see the quality of the hotel from the bed sheet, towels and shower amenities.This was a 2* without a doubt.The service apartment need to hire a steam cleaning company to clean every single dining chair cushion. You cannot charge customers $500p/n to find stained and dirty chairs. Ridiculous.I requested for a 45min late check out due to a work meeting and denied twice because they had to get the room ready for the next customer. Young male and rude receptionist at the front desk.Funny, because you can easily direct housekeeping to start another room before coming to mine. Whatever.Apparently it's their policy and they do not give a s.t about you as customer. You will find better service elsewhere.

2/6/23 - Amazing service without ever having to ask. Polite, clean and professional. These apartments have all you need along with a kitchen so you don't have to eat out every night unless you want to. Plenty of room to move about without being on each others toes and a super large balcony with stunning views. Thank you to all the staff - Jenn Robey

Amazing view from the balcony. Nice receptionist. Some small bugs on the kitchen bench from time to time. House cleaning team forgot to close our door for hours. With all our valuables in the room lucky we didn’t lost any anything. Receptionist handled this matter well.

Amazing room and location!! 10/10 for everything from the fantastic staff, excellent views, amazing room and facilities. Would highly recommend Whitsunday Apartments. Kids loved it, we have already booked again!!

Excellent accommodation. Had everything we needed and being a service apartment it really suited us as we were travelling with a 1 year old! Bed was very comfortable. Shuttle bus drop off and pick up made getting around the island very convenient.Pool was a great temperature. Views spectacular. Coffee cart absolutely amazing. Staff very helpful.We could not fault the Whitsunday apartments. Highly recommended!!

Rooms were a tad outdated, but the location and price more than made up for that. Very friendly and accommodating staff (special thanks to Luke). The pool was very nice, felt more like a tropical watering hole rather than a generic hotel pool.

Excellent clean serviced apartment.The place is huge and the views are awesome. Would have been nice to have some condiments in the room ie salt and pepper as a minimum.Do not order a soy chai latte from the pop up hotel coffee cart - it’s absolutely disgusting, so syrup heavy and had a weird coconut aftertaste.

We had a great time here. It was a more affordable option in the area, but we thought the facilities were fantastic. Room was big and modern. Everything was clean and it was nice to have a kitchen to further save money and make our own meals. The view was unbeatable. The reliable and frequent shuttle service to the Marina area was so convenient. The pools were great and well maintained. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.
