Went there 29/12/22 around 1:40pm.The staff are weird this guy came out the back to serve people and got my things wrong and tried to explain to me that I had something to with it when I said to him what I needed. He seemed not happy and agitated in the first place. He then explained they don’t have what wanted after paying for the wrong items what a load of non sense. I couldn’t purchase anything except to things which I could have gotten without the waste of time and non sense and eventually had to ask for refund just to go somewhere else.Useless staff most of the time

Went at 9:45pm and the clerk was just unnecessarily rude and clearly fed up. Wanted to pull out $30 cash to which he told me was too much to pull out so I asked to grab $20 which he sighed and then gave me $30. Don’t know why he gave me the ring around for no reason.

I usally go to this coles express at morning. The two Indian lady were very inattentive like every time towards me and the other customers .They were just chatting in their language which we don’t understand by looking at me as if they were gossiping about me i feel very offended and disrespectful. They were just on their own. I prolly think they should focus on customer service and respect customer who can’t understand their language and focus on serving customer!

Very bad and rude customer service. The staff was very rude and had no knowledge of promotions going on hot beverages and chocolates. Refused to give discount as per mentioned on the so called special sticker. Pathetic....

Terrible customer service by cranky employee Kimmy (over two visits) prompted me to review one star.I give people the benefit of the doubt (having a bad day, or just had a bad customer experience, etc.), but I'm a local and shop here a lot and don't appreciate really bad attitudes / terrible customer service.
