One of the best things I have done for myself. The retreat not only exposed me to the awe-inspiring beauty of nature but also empowered me to explore it with confidence. Through hiking, the cold plunges, and reconnecting with nature, I gradually overcame my fears and discovered a newfound appreciation for the natural world. Each step outside my comfort zone brought a sense of fulfillment and liberation.

Overflowing with love, gratitude and contentment having just completed a four-day Wim Hof Retreat in the Snowy Mountains. A truly nurturing experience with the perfect balance of activity, challenges by choice, education, togetherness, feasting, celebration, and stillness.I felt incredibly supported throughout the whole journey, from the beginning to end – the instructor Leah (who happens to be the humblest human and most gorgeous soul ever), ensures you are well prepared emotionally and physically before the retreat; is there for you every step of the way; and importantly provides detailed insights of how to best integrate after your transformational experience.Facilitated by the most inspiring women - instructor Leah and musician Kiit, who have courageously picked themselves up from their respective rock bottoms and paved new paths consciously creating their very best lives! Leah leads with such grounding presence, grace, strength, deep compassion and is a wealth of knowledge all things nature, body and breath. Kiit, is undoubtably the most phenomenal force of nature you will ever meet, whose soulful sounds and musical creations take you places you have never been before. Together they create the most magical and transformative healing space, where all and everything can surface. So much love, admiration, and awe for these beautiful beings – for their nurturing guidance, courageous confidence, and for holding us so tenderly every step of the way – through all the tears, fear and laughter <3It was amazing and heartfelt to see and feel the depth of connection evolving between everyone in the group in such a short space of time, and truly an honour to be surrounded by such precious souls. I am eternally grateful for this transformative time to continue the inner work… Slowly releasing the limiting beliefs and old habit patterns that have been holding me back from offering my full potential. Healing is hard, but finding a tribe to share it with makes the process so much more meaningful, enjoyable, and oh so worth it. Thankyou so much to all these treasured wholesome humans for co-creating this life changing experience!!! As Leah would so graciously remind us … When we heal, we heal the small community around us <3

An incredible experience with a kind and caring teacher. I learnt so much about the practice and so much about myself. If I can jump in an ice bath anyone can. Go and do it.. its amazing.

I completed a half day fundamentals workshop with Leah recently. Leah was a warm, friendly teacher and facilitator who shared her work and experience with cold exposure in an authentic, down to earth manner. I'd recommend her trainings to others, it's definitely worth doing and I've made cold exposure a regular practice after attending her program.

I recently attended a Wild Things-Wim Hof method workshop at Broulee, facilitated by Leah Scott. At every point of the workshop I felt safe and cared for, as Leah took us through breathing exercises, the science and then ice baths. It was a profound experience and one I hope to enjoy again at one of Leah’s retreats.

Awesome Wim Hof experience in Jindabyne with Leah Scott / Wild Things Anatomy. Leah introduces and reinforces powerful wellbeing tools that are for anyone and everyone wanting to live their best life. She is genuinely passionate about her work, and both gentle and strong in guiding the group. Food was epic too.

Always a pleasure to attend Leah's workshops. This is my 3rd workshop and I learn something new every time. Such an amazing experience to be guided through the breath work and then ice plunge with Leah's guidance. Thank Leah. If you haven't been to a workshop, why not!
